Notaries public, Hasib Heron and Basil Preuveneers are the MyNotary notaries for London. Notarial services are available Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm in London Victoria or by arrangement at 6 Lower Grosvenor Place, London, SW1W 0EN, in addition to Canary Wharf and near Tadworth in North Surrey.
The office is conveniently situated near Victoria main line and underground stations.
Documents can be drafted, as required. The firm deals with dozens of Powers of Attorney each week, they regularly certify academic and professional qualification and make certified copy passports.

Legalisation
A very fast service is available: The team of notary clerks visit the Foreign Office twice a day meaning that documents notarised by him can be legalised the same day and on their way to their final destination.
MyNotary London are experts in the often complex consular legalisation requirements.
Notary services ‘out of hours’
Out of hours appointments can be made, please make contact the main office to check weekend and evening availability.
Short notice meetings
Although it is always best to make an appointment, it is understood that notarial work tends to be urgent therefore appointments may be made at very short notice – subject to availability.
ID Requirements
All new clients will be required to provide the following documentation:
Photographic ID (e.g. a passport, driving licence or ID Card)
Proof of Address (e.g. a bank statement, utility bill, or household bill)
For business clients, in addition to the above, we will need to establish the existence of your company.
For UK companies we will complete our own checks via Companies House.
For foreign companies you will need to provide any of the following:
Certificate of incorporation, certificate of good standing or incumbency, or a company extract from the local company register).
If you are an individual signing on behalf of another individual we will need to see a A Power of Attorney giving you authority to act on that individual’s behalf.
If you are signing on behalf of a company, we will need to see evidence of your authority to do so.; usually by way of: –
• The constitutional documents such as the Articles of Association;
• A company extract listing the directors/members;
• An authorised signatory list;
• A Board resolution;
• Minutes of a meeting;
• A Power of Attorney;
Estimates and Charges
We charge notarial fees on a per document basis. On request, we will assess your notarial requirements and provide a fixed quote. For more complex certifications, we will charge according to the hourly rate of the instructed notary which will be advised at the outset.
In addition to notarial fees, we may charge for ancillary services such as arranging legalisations or translations, call out visits, document couriering and drafting. If applicable, these additional fees will be advised in our quote and may be based on a fixed fee or hourly rate basis depending on the service needed.
VAT (Value Added Tax) will be applied to our fees if you are resident within the United Kingdom. Our VAT registration number is 946522901. If you are resident outside of the United Kingdom, VAT will not be charged.

Payment in a variety of ways and a receipted invoice is available on request.

Documents in a foreign language?
If the document is not in English, in some circumstances, we still may be able to certify it as long as we are satisfied that you fully understand the nature of the legally binding document about to be notarised.
Some foreign language documents do have to be translated; we, at Notary.co.uk, can arrange this for you.
